~Best Buttermilk Pancakes~

Convenience has become the undeserved usurper of quality.  'Undeserved' because some of the 'convenient' foods out there are actually unbelievably quick and simple to make homemade.  This recipe fits that criteria.
Pancakes in a box may seem easy, but for heaven's sake, read the label.   Don't ingest unnecessary chemicals and highly processed ingredients.  Try the recipe below, I bet you will never do the 'box' again...

Dry:  1 Cup flour
3 Tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt

Wet:  1 1/2 Cup buttermilk
1 egg
3 Tbsp melted butter
1 tsp vanilla

Whisk dry together.  Whisk wet separately and add to dry and gently mix until just incorporated.  Cook in fry pan (I use olive oil to keep from sticking).

See 'Link Parties' above to see where this and other fabulous recipes are shared weekly.
