*Peanut Butter/Chocolate Pudding*

(too edgy?  Ah well, take a walk on the wild side)

There are some things
that were just meant to go together:  wine & cheese, flowers & sun, vampires & sparkles (ooo, was that one audible?), and of course...chocolate & peanut butter!
This little concoction is embarrassingly easy.  You probably have everything to make this in your kitchen right now, so...this stuff is simple but wicked.  Trust me...the proof is in the {NO! No!  I won't do it!}

 Peanut Butter/Chocolate Pudding

Costco is your friend, buy yourself a big honkin' bag of these and you'll always have a key dessert ingredient on hand.

Pudding is at perfect consistency when it coats the back of the spoon...

Peanut Butter mixins...
Chocolate morsel fixins...

Another Costco necessity...

(Hey Costco, hows about floating a little sponsorship love my way??   ("nudge, nudge, wink, wink, a nods as good as a wink to a blind bat...")

PEANUT BUTTER/CHOCOLATE PUDDING

2/3 Cup sugar
2 Tbsp cornstarch
2 1/2 Cups whole milk
4 egg yolks
2 tsp vanilla
2 Tbsp peanut butter
1/4 Cup chocolate morsels

In saucepan whisk sugar and cornstarch.  Gradually add and whisk in milk and yolks.  Cook on med/high until thick and coats back of spoon.  Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.  Take 1/3  of pudding and mix in chocolate and mix in peanut butter to 2/3 left.
