Autumn Spice Cookie
Apples in the mix~
AUTUMN SPICE COOKIES
~1/2 Cup butter
~1 1/4 Cup packed brown sugar
~2 eggs
~1 1/2 tsp vanilla
~1 chopped Granny Smith Apple
~2 Cups Oats
~1 1/2 Cup flour
~ 1 tsp baking soda
~1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
~1 Cup raisins
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla, and apple. Mix dry ing. Add to wet. Stir in raisins. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 min.
